If you look at the video poker machines you can tell what they pay out. But, sometimes it is safer for the casino to pay the fines and cheaper. Now the state Fines the casino if they don't pay out what the state tells them too. The machine does not know who is playing when you don't use your card. Guess what? The day I did not use card, I won $124.00. I played a day with card and a day without.

Some casinos in Las Vegas payout up to 96%. They give away too many cars, and that makes them okay with the state of Michigan because that is part of the 85% payout. Their overall payout, I would guess is 85%.
